AUTHORIZATION FOR POLICE DEPARTMENT TO
LEASE EQUIPMENT
0 WHEREAS, the Muskego Police Department desires to lease a 3M brand
WHEREAS, said machine can be leased at a cost of $30.00 per month,
"209" automatic dry photo copier, and
plus paper cost, which would average approximately 3%~ per sheet, and
WHEREAS, the lease agreement can be terminated by either party by
a 15-day written notice, and
WHEREAS, the Public Safety Committee and the Finance Committee
have recommended approval of the equipment lease agreement,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby approve of an equipment lease agreement between
the City of Muskego and 3M Business Products, Inc.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Clerk are
authorized to execute the necessary documents in the name of the
City.
