EXTENDING THE PERMIT,:OF PAYNE & DOIAN TO OPERATE
AN ASPHALT PLANT UNTIL THE COMPLETION
DATE OF HIGHWAY "Ytt
WHEREAS, Resolution 1/57-67, approved May 23, 1967, granted Payne &
Dolan a permit to operate an asphalt plant until October 15, 1967,
for the purpose of resurfacing Highway 36 and Racine Avenue, and
WHEREAS, Payne & Dolan has advised that due to conditions beyond
their control, Racine Avenue will not be completed by October 15,
1967, and have requested an extension of the permit until the
completion of Racine Avenue, south of Highway 24,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Conrmon Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby grant to Payne 6 Dolan an extension of their
permit to operate an asphalt plant in the City of Muskego.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this permit shall expire when the
Highway "Y" (Racine Avenue) reconstruction project, south of
Highway 24, is completed.
