AUTHORIZING THE FINANCE COMMITTEE TU
ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR THE TAKING OF PERCOLATION
TESTS IN THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
WHEREAS the recently adopted Subdivision Control Ordinance sets
forth the procedure to be followed in obtaining percolation tests
when needed, and
WHEREAS the percolation tests will be taken by the City and the
cost to be assessed against the individual requiring the test, and
WHEREAS the Finance Committee has recommended that bids be sought
to determine the individual who will be taking the tests for the
City of Muskego,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby authorize the Finance Committee to advertise
for bids to take percolation tests for the City whenever they are
needed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the results of the bids be submitted
to the Common Council along with a recomendation by the Finance
FINANCE COMMITTEE
