AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF MONEY FROM GENERAL FUND
TO ACCOUNT 1m3, CITY OWNED LAND
WHEREAS, the Common Council, by the adoption of Resolution #94-67,
As Amended, authorized the purchase of the Clarence Decker property
for the purpose of housing the City of Muskego Police Department,
and
WHEREAS, that resolution authorized the expenditure of $20,000.00
for this purpose did not designate where the money was to come frm,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby approve the transfer of $20,000.00 from the
General Fund to Account #883, City Owned Land.
