RESCINDING ACTION OF RESOLUTION #115-67
BE IT RESOLVED that the Treasurer of the City of
Muskego is hereby authorized and directed to repay to
Waukesha State Bank all sums of money borrowed to date,
pursuant to Resolution No. 115-67, said repayment to be
made on or before September 15, 1967.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that no further borrowing
shall be made pursuant to the said Resolution No. 115-67.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the tax levy made
by passage of said Resolution No. 115-67 is hereby cancelled
and that action is hereby rescinded.
