ACCEPTANCE OF BID FOR TWO SQUAD CARS
WHEREAS the Finance Committee has been authorized to advertise e for bids for two 1968 squad cars, and
WHEREAS the following bids have been received:
E. J. Salentine
1967 Buick - 4 door 360 H.P. $2,853.00 + no more than $100.00
for a 1968 model
1967 Pontiac - 4 door Catalina
340 H.P. $2,583.00 + no more than $100.00
for a 1968 model
Holz Chevrolet
1967 Chevrolet Biscayne -5325 H.P. $2,623.46 + no more than $~oo.oo
for a 1968 model
Doering Dodge
e 1968 Dodge Polara 350 H.P. $2,925.00
1968 Dodge Coronet 325 H.P. 2,658.00
and
WHEREAS, upon review by the FinanceeCommittee it is recommended
that the bid of E. J. Salentine for two 1968 Pontiac &door Catalinas,
340 H.P. be accepted,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego accept the bid of E. J. Salentine to supply two 1968
Pontiac Catalina, 340 H.P.at a cost not to exceed $5,367.90.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk and the Mayor are author-
ized to execute the necessary documents.
