DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO DRAFT ORDINANCE
REGARDING REZONING IN SECTION 5
0 WHEREAS the City Plan Commission has reconmended that certain
lands of approximately 26 acres in Section 5 be rezoned from
RCE and Wet Flood Blain to RCE with an OA Overlay,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Attorney is directed to
draft the necessary implementing ordinance to rezone a parcel
of land of approximately 26 acres in Section 5 from RCE and
Wet Flood Plain to RCE with an OA Overlay, for submission to-the
Council .
