DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO DRAFT ORDINANCE
REGARDING REZONING IN SECTION 10
WHEREAS the City Plan Commission has recommended that certain 0 lands of approximately 27 acres in Section 10 be rezoned from
RS-2 to RS-2 with an OIP Overlay,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Attorney is directed to
draft the necessary implementing ordinance to rezone a parcel
of land of approximately 27 acres in Section 10 from RS-2 to
RS-2 with an OIP Overlay, for submission to the Council.
