RESOLUTION #114-67
Whereas, Richard G. Walloch, owner of Lot 7, Blk 2, Meadowdale
Subdivision, has petitioned the Common Council of the City of
Muskego to determine the legal status of a lot pursuant to
Sec. 12 of the Subdivision Control Ordinanace and
Whereas, Lot 7, Blk 2, Meadowdale Subdivision, is in an area
which will be sewered within the next several months, and
Whereas the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego has,
after review, recommended to the Common Council that said
lot be declared a legal lot,
Therefore Be It Resolved, that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby accept the recommendation of the
Plan Commission and does declare that Lot 7, Blk 2, Meadowdale
Subdivision, to be a legal lot.
