AUTHORIZING THE PARK & RECREATION BOARD
TO NEGOTIATE FOR LAND IN SEC. 1 e WHEREAS the Park end Recreation e playground is needed in Section
WHEREAS the Park and Recreation
Board have determined that a

negotiate for lands in that area using the money that was
budgeted in 1967 for park aquisition,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby authorize the Park and Recreation Board to
negotiate for the purchase of lands in Section 1.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Park and RecrePtion Board will
report their findings and recommendations back to the Common
Council.
