AS AMENDED e * AUTHORIZING THE PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE TO ADVERTISE
FOR BIDS FOR THE RECONSTRUCTION OF THE BRIDGE AT THE
CORNER OF WOODS ROAD AND LANNON DRIVE
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the bridge located on the
corner of Lannon Drive and Woods Road is in need of replacement
and
WHEREAS, the Common Council have authorized the Public Works
Committee to request matching funds from the County to help pay
for the project and
WHEREAS, the County has agreed to pay up to 50% of the cost of
reconstruction of the bridge and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended that specifi-
cations be drafted and bids be advertised for the project.
THEREFORE, Be It Resolved, that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby authorize the Public Works Committee to
adv,ertise for bids for the reconstruction of the bridge at the
corner of Woods Road and Lannon Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that they are authorized to accept the bid
most advantageous to the City and proceed with work and the Clerk
and Mayor be authorized to sign the necessary documents in the
name of the City.
