DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO DRAFT ORDINANCE
REGARDING REZONING IN SECTION 4
VHEREAS the City Plm Commission has recommended that certain
lands of approximately three and one-half acres in Section 4
be rezoned from RS-2 to B-2, Local Service Center,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Attorney is directed to
draft the necessary implementing ordinance to rezone certain
parcels of lgnd of approximately three and one-half acres
in Section 4 from RS-2 to B-2, Local Service Center for sub-
mission to the Council.
