CCR1967094RESOLUTION 1/94-67 (AS AMENDED)
APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF POLICE
DEPARTMENT FACILITIES
a WHEREAS the newly appointed Police Chief will take office on
1)
August 1, 1967, and
WHEREAS facilities to house the Police Chief and other personnel
of the Police Department are necessary, and
WHEREAS Mr. Clarence Decker, the owner of a home located next
to the Muskego Volunteer Fire Department, has offered his
home to the City for $20,000.00,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that subject to the approval of the
Plan Commission as to location, the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby accept the offer of Mr. Clarence Decker
to sell his home fo the City for $20,000.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney be authorized
to prepare the necessary documents to consummate the sale and
that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute
said documents in the name of the City.
