DESIGNATION OF A LEGAL LOT

e \THEREAS Mr. Wayne bdtke has petitioned the Common Council
of the City of Muskego to determine the legal status of Lot 4,
Hillview Farm - Lochurst Plat. oursuant to Section X of the a Subdivision Control Ordinance, and >I
WHEREAS the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego has, after
review, recommended to the Common Council that said lot be
declared a legal lot,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby accept the recommendation of the Plan
Commission and declare that Lot 4, Hillview Farm - Lochurst Plat
is a. legal lot.
