AUTHORIZING THE ELECTRIC COMPANY TO PREPARE
STREET LIGHTING PROGRAM FOR
HIGHWAY 24
WHEREAS the street lighting program as proposed for the City of e of varying wattage along Highway 24 from Crowbar Rd. to the east
Muskego included the installation of approximately 60 street lights
city limits, and
WHEREAS the development of a lighting plan by the Electric Company
is needed to aid the Public Safety Committee in their recommendation
to the Common Council regarding this phase of the lighting program,
and
WHEREAS the Public Safety Committee has recommended that the
Wisconsin Electric Power Company be authorized to prepare the
detailed engineering plan for the street lighting program along
Highway 24 in the City of Muskego,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby authorize the Public Safety Committee to have
for Highway 24.
the Electric Company prepare a detailed engineering lighting plan
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor is authorized to send the
letter of authorization to the Electric Company.
