AUTHORIZING THE FINANCE COMMITTEE TO APPRAISE
THE SCHWEFEL PROPERTY
WHEREAS Resolution #216 has authorized the Finance Committee to
investigate the availability and price of the Evelyn Schwefel a property, and
WHEREAS the Attorney for Mrs. Schwefel has indicated that the above
property would be available to the City of Muskego, however, no
sale price has as yet been established, and
WHEREAS the Finance Committee is of the opinion that an apprsisal
of the property is necessary whether the City were to purchase it out-
right, with Federal Funds, or acquire it by condemnation.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby authorize the Finance Committee to acquire an
appraisal on that property owned by Evelyn Schwefel, Sec. 9, in
the City of Muskego to aid them in negotiating with Mrs. Schwefel.
