DESIGNATION OF A LEGAL LOT

-. 6 WHEREAS Thomas W. Lasky, owner of Lot 43, Kingston's Subdivision,
has petioned the Common Council of the City of Muskego to determine
the legal status of the lot pursuant to Section X of the Subdivision ,# Control Ordinance, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego has, after
review, recommended to the Common Council that said lot be
declared a legal lot,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby accept the recommendation of the Plan Commission
and declare that Lot 43, Kingston's Subdivision,-+is a legal lot.
