GRANTING HALES CORNERS SAND AND GRAVEL
PERMIT TO QUARRY GRAVEL
WHEREAS Hales Corners Sand and Gravel has requested a permit to
quarry gravel on certain lands owned by them in the NE+. of Sec. 12,
WHEREAS the Muskego Plan Conunission has recommended that 2 permit
be granted for the year 1967-68, to expire June 17, 1968, subject to
the continuation of the $30,000.00 bond guarant7iTrig the completion
of the proposed restoration plan.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby grant to Hales Corners Sand and Gravel Company
a permit to continue their extractive operation in the NE& Sec. 12
for the year 1967-68, permit to expire June 17, 1968.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this permit is granted subject to the
continuation of a $30,000.00 bond approved by the City Attorney.
