DESIGNATION OF A LEGAL LOT
(R. Mittelstaedt)
WHEREAS Mr. and Mrs. Reinhold Mittelstaedt, owner of Lot 3,
Muskego to determine the legal status of the lot pursuant to
Posbrig's Plat, has petitioned the Common Council of the City of a Section X of the Subdivision Control Ordina.nce, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego has, after
review, recommended to the Common Council that said lot be
declared a legal lot,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby accept the recommendation of the Plan Commission
and declare that Lot 3, Posbrig's Plat, is a legal lot.
