CCR1967081ACCEPTING THE OFFER OF NORMAN HOLTZ TO
PURCHASE A CITY OWNED LOT IN KROGMAN'S SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS the City of Muskego is the owner of a substandard lot .
known as Lot 12, 1st Addition, Krogman's Subdivision, and
WHEREAS the City has received an offer from Mr. Norman Holtz
to purchase said lot for $300.00, and
WHEREAS the Finance Committee feels that it would be to the best
interest of the City to sell said lot to Mr. Norman Holtz with the
understanding that he will incorporate it into his present land
holdings,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council does hereby accept
the offer of $300.00 from Mr. Norman Holtz to purchase Lot 12, 1st
Add. to Krogman's Subdivision.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED .that the Common Council does hereby accept
the offer of $300.00 from Mr. Norman Holtz to purchase Lot 12, 1st
Add. to Krogman's Subdivision.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this acceptance is subject to the combininq
of said lot to Lot 13, 1st Add. to Krogman's Subdivision.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney is authorized to draft
the necessary documents to consumate the sale of this lot.
