EXPRESSING APPROVAL OF HIGHWAY COMMISSION
PROJECT S-SUD-355
WHEREAS the Waukesha County Highway Committee has determined that
CTH "Y" between 0.8 of a mile south of STH "24" and STH "35", and
WHEREAS i-t would be beneficial to-the City of Muskego to have a
highway such as proposed by the Waukesha County Highway Commission
traverse within its boundaries and could aid in the commercial

L WHEREAS the Public Works Committee has recommended that the City
of Muskego endorse the project,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby go on record as endorsing the proposed recon-
struction and relocation of CTH "Y" between 0.8 of a mile south
of STH 24 and STH 15.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution shall be
sent to the Waukesha County Highway Commission and the State Highway
Commission of Wisconsin.
