AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A 4-DRAWER
FILING CABINET
0 WHEREAS the Assessor of the City of Muskego has requested that
the City purchase a 4-drawer legal size cabinet with a lock, and
WHEREAS the Finance Committee is of the opinion that a fire
resistant cabinet would be best suited for keeping assessment
records, and
WHEREAS the Finance Committee has recommended that the above
named equipment be purchased for a sum not to exceed $200.00,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby authorize the Finance Committee to purchase
a fire resistant 4-drawer legal size filing cabinet acceptable to
the Assessor at a cost not to exceed $200.00.
