DESIGNATION OF LEGAL LOTS
WHEREAS, Mr. Alton Boldt, owner of Lots 1 and 2, 6 and 7, Tess
Corners Subdivision, has petitioned the Common Council of the
pursuant to Section 10 of the Subdivision Control Ordinance, and
0 City of Muskego to determine the legal status of the lots
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego has recommended
to the Common Council that said lots be declared legal lots,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby accept the recommendation of the Plan Commission
and declare that Lots 1 and 2, Tess Corners Subdivision, combined
to create a siggle lot and Lots 6 and 7, Tess Corners Subdivision, also
combined to create a single lot, are hereby designated legal lots.
