AUTHORIZING THE ELECTRIC COMPANY TO INSTALL
STREET LIGHTS ALONG RACINE AVENUE
WHEREAS, the reconstruction of Racine Avenue is scheduled to
begin by the middle of June, 1967, and
WHEREAS, the Electric Company needs authorization to install
street lights along Racine Avenue from Highway 24 south to Tower
Drive, and
WHEREAS, th? Public Safety Committee has recommended that the
Electric Company install fifteen 250 watt lights on Racine Avenue
from Highway 24 south to Tower Drive,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby request the Electric Company to install fifteen
250 watt Mercury vapor lamps on Racine Avenue from Highway 24 south
to Tower Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor is authorized to send the
letter of authorization to the Electric Company.
