AUTHORIZATION FOR AN ENGINEERING STUDY OF THE DRAINAGE
DITCH IN THE FOUNTAINWOOD ADD. 113 AND HALE PARK
WEST AREA 0
WHEREAS, the 1967 Budget included monies for the purpose of cleaning
and straightening out a drainage ditch in the Fountainwood Add. 83
and Hale Park West area, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that an engineering study be prepared
to determine the exact grade of the drainage ditch and the best
method of providing for the reconstruction of a satisfactory
drainage channel,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby authorize the firm of Ruekert & Mielke to
prepare an engineering study of the drainage channel which is
located in the Fountainwood Add. 113 and the Hale Park West area.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the findings of this study will be
presented to the Common Council prior to the advertising of bids 0 for the project.
