a ACCEPTING THE OFFER OF C. B. BEIERLE TO PURCHASE CERTAIN LAND
IN THC CITY
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has purchased the following
described land,
Lot 26. Blk B ~~ ~
SOUTHERN HEIGHTS SUBD.
Pt SWt Sec 3, T5N R20E
and
WHEREAS, the following high bid was received from C. B. Beierle
for said parcel in the amount of $350.00, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that the high
bid be accepted.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby accept the offer of C. B. Beierle to
purchase the above described land for the sum of $350.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney is directed to
prepare the necessary documents and that the Mayor and City
Clerk is hereby authorized to execute said documents in the
name of the C ity.
