ACCEPTING THE OFFER OF CHARLES JAY DREYFUS TO PURCHASE
CERTAIN LAND IN THE CITY
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has purchased the following
described land,
Pt NWt Sec 15 T5N R20E Corn 11.71 C S E 7.28
th N 150 ft; th E 90 ft to bgn. Vol 205 of
C S58-1/20 W from post; th S 150 ft; th GJ 90 ft;
deeds pg 481
and
WHEREAS, the following high bid was received from Charles
Jay Dreyfuss for said parcel in the amount of $300.00, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that the
high bid be accepted.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby accept the offer of Charles Jay
of $300.00.
Dreyfuss to purchase the above described land for the sum
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney is directed
to prepare the necessary documents and that the Mayor and
City Clerk is hereby authorized to execute said documents
in the name of the C ity.
