ACCEPTING THE: OFFER OF DAN R. CZAJKOWSKI TO PURCHASE
CERTAIN LAND IN THE CITY
WHEREAS, the C ity of MuskeEo has purchased the following
described lands, and
Lot 19, Elk 2, BAY SHORE ESTATES
Pt NEL E SEk Sec 8 TSN R20E
WHEREAS, the following high bid was received from Dan R.
Czajkowski for said parcel in the amount of $1,755.00, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that the
high bid be accepted.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby accept the offer of Dan Czajkowski
to purchase the above described land for the sum of $1,755.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the C ity Attorney is directed
to prepare the necessary documents and that the Mayor and
City Clerk is hereby authorized to execute said documents
in the name of the City.
