ACCEPTING THE FEDERAL WORKS GRANT
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego's application for a Federal Grant
under the provisions of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act
has been approved, and
WHEREAS, an offer in the amount of $19,000.00 has been tendered,
and
WHEREAS, official acceptance by the Municipality's governing body
is required,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby accept the Federal Grant for sewerage treatment
works in the amount of $19,000.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Clerk be
authorized to execute the necessary documents required to complete a the transaction.
