APPROVAL OF AN AGREEMENT WITH THE MILWAUKEE COMPANY
FOR THE PREPARATION OF A FINANCING PROGRAM e FWREAS, the City of Muskego is planning the construction of a
sanitary sewer system with-the necessary funds to be raised, in
part, through the issuance of Revenue Bonds,
WHEREAS:; it is necessary to begin the preparation of the Bond issue
which would be acceptable to the acceptable to the Common Council
as well es to the market, and
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee has met with a representative
of The Milwaukee Company and has discussed the various methods of
financing aveilable to the City, and
WHEREAS, it would be advantageous to the City to use the advice of
financial experts such as the Milwaukee Comp;.ny, and
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee has recommended thr accompanying
sgreement be entered into,

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby authorize the City Clerk and the Mayor to
execute an agreement with the Milwaukee Compmy in the name of
the City whereby The Milwaukee Company will set up the details
of the necessary Bond issue so that it will be acceutable to the
market, such details to include the preparation of Amortization
Schedule showing payout terns and the retention of Bond Counsel
who will assist in the preparation of all resolutions, ordinances,
and other requisite to the issuance and sale of legal Bonds.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Muskego retains the right
to gccept or reject any bid submitted by The Milwaukee Company.
