DIRECTING THE ASSESSOR TO ESTABLISH
HIS OFFICE IN THE CITY HALL
> WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has passed Ordinance No. 54, which
requests that all records of the Clerk-Comrtroller, Treasurer and
Assessor be kept at the City Hall and,
WHEREAS, the City Hall of the City of Muskego is located at W180
S7732 Racine Avenue, Muskego, Wisconsin, and
WHEREAS, the Assessor of the City of Muskego does not maintain and
keep all his records at the City Hall,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, City Council of the City of Muskego
hereby directs the City Assessor to bring and maintain all his
records and more particular, the appraisal cards (the yellow assessor
blotter cards). He is also further directed to bring and maintein
all official records that are in his possession to the City Hall of
the City of Muskego to be maintained there as records.
0 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Assessor is further directed
to bring to his office in the City Hall, all personal property
owned by the City including but not limited to an adding machine.
