DESIGNATION OF LEGAL LOTS
WHEREAS Dorn Builders inc., owners of the following described
parcels, has petitioned the Common Council of the City of
MuskeEo to determine the legal status of the lots pursuant
to Section XI1 of the Subdivision Control Ordinance.
CommencinR at the Southwest corners of the Southwest 1/4 of
Sec 3, TSN, R20E; thence North 1601.81' along thg West line
of said 1/4 section, to a point; thence North 88 26' East,
50.02 feet to the place of beRinninE!; continuinf? North 88' 28'
East, 123.49 feet to a point; thence North 314.38 feet to a
point; thence North 61° 40' West 140.26 feet to a point: thence
South 385.22 feet to the place of beginninE. (Also known as
'Lqts 1, 2 and 3, Blk B, Southern lleights Subd.)
WHEREAS the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego has, after review, has recommended to the Common Codncil that said lots
be declared leea1 lots.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Cou.nci1 of the City
of Muskeeo does hereby accept the recommendation of the Flan
Commission and declare the above described land to be le@l
lots.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Bui1dir.g Inspector is hereby
fpanted permission to issue Buildinp; Permits to the owners
of said lots subject to con;pliance with all other ordinances
of the City of Muskeeo.
