ACCEPTANCE OF BID FOR SEWER PWJECT
MSS-2-67
a WHEREAS, the Municipal Sewer Committee of the Common Council has been
authorized to advertise for bids for the proposed sewer project for a the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, the following bids have been received for Project MSS-2-67:

WHEREAS, the Engineer of the City of Muskego and the Municipal
Sewer Committee has recommended that the bid for Project MSS-2-67
be awarded to Edw. R. Ryan,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby award the bid for the proposed sewer Project
MSS-2-67 be awarded to Edw. R. Ryan, 1101 E. Fairmount Avenue,
Milwaukee, Wisconsin, in the amount of $61,460.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk and the Mayor are
hereby authorized to sign the contract in the name of the City of
Muskego.
