GRANTING A TEMPORARY PERMIT TO PAYNE &
DOIAN TO OPERATE AN ASPHALT PLANT IN THE CITY
OF MUSKEG0
WHEREAS, Payne & Dolan, Inc. has requested permission to operate
a portable asphalt plant in the City of Muskego on the premises * presently being mined by State Sand and Gravel, and
WHEREAS, the request has been made for the purpose of supplying
asphalt for the reconstruction of C.T.H. "Y", a.nd
WHEREAS, the City Plan Commission has recommended that the permit
bs granted for a period not to exceed October 15, 1967,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby grant to Payne & Dolan, Inc., a temporary permit to
operate a portable asphalt plant on the premises presently being
mined by State Sand & Gravel, Inc.
BE IT FUKTHER RESOLVED that this permit shall expire on the 15th
day of October, 1967. e
