A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO APPLY
FOR FEDERAL AID IN THE CONSTRUCTION
OF SEWAGE FACILITIES
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego, Wisconsin, is planning the
construction of sanitary sewage treatment facilities, and * WHEREAS, the City of Muskego is contemplating the submission
of a request for grant-in-aid funds pursuant to the Federal
Water Pollution Control Act (33 U.S.C. 466 et seq.);
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor is hereby authorized
to sign and submit the application forms necessary to request
such Federal funds.
