AUTHORIZING THE FINANCE COMMITTEE
TO OFFER CITY OWNED LANDS FOR
SALE IN THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
WHEREAS, on the - 9th day of November, 1966, the Common Council
purchased the following tax delinquent parcels from Waukesha County,

and,
parcels by an abutting property owner, and
WHEREAS several of these parcels are actually unbuildable lots
and it would be in the best interest of thE City to sell them to
abutting property owners, and
WHEREAS the Finance Committee has recommended that prior to any
sales of this land bids be received by the City by all interested
parties,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby authorize the Finance Committee eo offer for
sale tax delinquent lots purchased by the City through Resolution #210.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Finance Committee shall report back
to the Common Council with their recommendations of any offers
