DETERMINATION OF WAGE
SCALE
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego intends to enter into contracts
for the construction of sanitary sewers and sewage treatment
facilities, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter 66.293 of Wisconsin Statutes
the City must determine the rate of wage scale which shall
be paid by the contractors to their employees upon such
projects,
NOW THEREFORE, be it RESOLVED that the Common Council i
of the City of Muskego hereby adopts the “Classification
Minimum Wage Rates and Fringe Benefits“ of the Milwaukee
Building and Construction Trades Council as the rate of
wage scale for these projects.
