DETERMINING SEVERAL PERSONAL PROPERTY
TAXES UNCOLLECTIBLE
WHEREAS the 1966 Audit has indicated the following delinquent
Personal Property taxes:
Ervin Kalweit - 1956-1964 tax rolls - $ 350.58
Hillview Sand & Gravel - 1964 tax roll - 630.07
Valley Sand & Gravel - 1964 tax roll - 3,725.27
and
WHEREAS the location of Mr. Ervin Kalvert is unknown as determin-
ed by the City Treasurer, and
WHEREAS the delinquent Perscnal Property taxes of Hillview
Sand & Gravel and Valley Sand & Gravel for the year 1964 is
a result of the annexation and incorporation actions of that
year, and
WHEREAS the Finance Committee has recommended that the above 0 delinquent Personal Property taxes be uncollectible,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby determine that the following Personal
Property taxes are uncollectible
Ervin Kalweit - 1956-1964 tax rolls - $ 350.58
Hillview Sand & Gravel - 1964 tax roll - 630.07
Valley Sand & Gravel - 1964 tax roll - 3,725.27
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk and City Treasurer
are authorized to remove them from the tax roll.
