AUTHORIZING THE CITY ENGINEER TO ADVERTISE
FOR BIDS FOR SEWER INTERCEPTOR
WHEREAS the Racine Avenue construction project will begin in the
early part of June, and
WHEREAS the City Council has previously authorized the advertising
of bids for the sewer project along Racine Avenue south from Highway
24, and
WHEREAS it would be desirable to advertise for bids for the
interceptor between Racine Avenue and the Woods Road through the
Walter Vesbach property to hasten the use of the sewers which will
be laid along Racine Avenue by both the residents and the Muskego
High School, and
WHEREAS the Municipal Sewer Committee of the Common Council has
recommended that the Common Council authorize the advertising of
said bids,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby authorize the City Engineer of the City of
Muskego to advertise for bids for the interceptor running south-
easterly from Racine Avenue to the corner of Woods Road and Lannon
Drive.
