AUTHORIZATION OF LAND PURCHASE FROM ELSIE SPITZNER,
WOODS ROAD - $3,000.00
BE IT RESOLVED, that upon receipt of properly executed
deed and releases of mortgages (3) from Elsie Spitzner,
the proper city officers are hereby authorized to
execute an exchange deed from the City, and pay the
sum of $3,000.00 for land purchased.
