ALLOWING CLAIMS FOR ERRONEOUS WEED CUTTING
CHARGES AGAINST THE CITY OF MUSKEG0
WHEREAS the City of Muskego has received the following claims for
erroneous weed cutting charges:
Mr. H. Fitzsimmons - $ 8.00
Mr. Arthur Plamann - 5.00 and,
WHEREAS the Finance Committee has examined the claims and determined
that the properties involved did not have weed cut by the Weed
Commissioner and therefore recommends payment of the claims.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon recommendation of the Finance Committee, does
hereby allow the claims for erroneous weed cutting charges to the
above named persons.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is authorized to refund
to Mr. H. Fitzsimmons the sum of $8.00 and to Mr. Arthur Plamann
the sum of $5.00.
