VACATING MUSKEG0 CENTER
e LIGHTING DISTRICT
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution #193, a public hearing was held
on the 25th day of October, 1966, pursuant to proper notice.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that utility district known as Muskego
Center Lighting District formed on June 3, 1947, be and the same
is hereby vacated as of June 1, 1967, pursuant to Sec. 66.072
Wis. Statutes.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the lighting cost in said former
district will be at city expense, and that it is the intention
of the Council to establish and maintain lighting in the city
as the same becomes reasonably necessary and at city expense,
