DENYING CLAIMS FOR ERRONEOUS WEED CUTTING
CHARGES
WHEREAS the following claims have been submitted to the City of
Muskego for erroneous weed cutting: e Mrs. Matt Richdorf - $ 31.00 Mr. Joseph Kelly - $ 26.00
Mr. H. Fitzsimmons - 8.00 Mr. L. N. Hansen - 5.00
Mr. Clarence Zinuner - 5.00 Mr. Melford Foth - 10.00
Mr. Arthur Plamann - 5.00
and
WHEREAS the Finance Conunittee has not been able to determine the
validity of such claims and therefore recommends denial,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon recommendation of the Finance Conunittee, does
hereby deny the claims of
Mrs. Matt Richdord - $ 31.00 Mr. Joseph Kelly - $ 26.00
Mr. H. Fitzsimmons - 8.00 Mr. L. N. Hansen - 5.00
Mr. Clarence Bimmer - 5.00 Mr. Melford Foth - 10.00
Mr. Arthur Plamann - 5.00
