AS AMENDED
ALLOWING CLAIM FOR ERRONEOUS WEED CUTTING
CHARGE AGAINST THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
WHEREAS the City of Muskego has received the following claim for
erroneous weed cutting charges:
Mr. Arthur Petzold - $25.00
WHEREAS the Finance Committee has examined the claim and determined
that the property involved did not have weeds cut by the Weed
Commissioner and, therefore, recommends payment of the claim,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby
allow the claim of Mr. Arthur Petzold in the amount of $25.00 for
erroneous weed cutting charges.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is authorized to refund
to Mr. Petzold the amount of $25.00.
