CORRECTING ERRONEOUS ASSESSMENT
WHEREAS the Assessor of the City of Muskego has advised the Common
Council that an erroneous assessment of $18,960 was placed against
the Bay View Assembly of God Church, and
WHEREAS it is necessary that the Common Council declare such
an assessment erroneous and direct the City Treasurer to issue
a check from the City Treasury to the City Tax Collection Fund
for the total amount of the tax,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council, upon the advice
of the City Assessor, does hereby declare that an erroneous assess-
ment has been placed against Lot Block 6, MacLen Meadows, owned by
the Bay View Assembly of God Church.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer is directed to issue
a check in the amount of $576:60 from the General Fund to the City
Tax Collection Fund.
