AUTHORIZING THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF TAXATION
TO RELEASE THE 1963, 1964, 1965 INCOME CASH
ROLLS TO THE CITY OF MUSKEG0
WHEREAS Attorney Samuel Murray has been hired to audit the income
erroneous income tax payments to other communities, and
WHEREAS Mr. Murry requires the income cash rolls for the years
1963, 1964 and 1965, and
WHEREAS the State Department of Taxation requires that a resolution
from the municipality authorizing the release of said income cash
rolls is necessary,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby authorize the State Department of Taxation to
release to the City of Muskego the income cash rolls for the years
1963, 1964 and 1965.
