APPROVAL OF CONTRACTS FOR MUSKEG0 AND TESS CORNERS
FIRE DEPARTMENTS e
WHEREAS it is necessary that the City of Muskego and the Muskego
for fire protection for the city's residents, and
WHEREAS the necessary contracts have been prepared by the City
Attorney and approved by the fire departments, and
WHEREAS the Public Safety Committee has recommended that the
contracts be approved by tRa City,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby approve the contracts for fire protection
between the Muskego and Tess Comers Volunteer Fire Departments
and the City of Muskego.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized to execute the contracts in the name of the City.
and Tess Comers Volunteer Fire Departments enter into a contract
PUBLIC SAFETY COMMITTEE
