APPROVING FRIDEN ADDING MACHINE MAINTENANCE
AGREEMENT
WHEREAS the guaranteed period of the Friden Adding Machine recently
purchased by the City will expire soon, and
WHEREAS a maintenance agreement can be entered into with Friden,
Inc. at a cost not to exceed $32.00 per year, and
WHEREAS the Finance Committee has recommended such a maintenance
agreement could same the city from excessive repair bills,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute
the necessary documents to provide a year's maintenance €or the
Friden Adding Machine, Model 1/10701, recently purchased by the
city at a cost not to exceed $32.00 per year.
