3 PORTION OF PROJECT NO. ?0355(2) C.T.H. Y WAUKESHA COUNTY APPROVAL OF THE PLANS CONCERNING THE URBAN
WHEREAS the Waukesha County Highway Commission plans to re- construct and relocate C.T.H. Y from the South County line
to S.T.H. 24.
WHEREAS the portion of this project from S.T.H. 24 to the
Wisconsin Electric Company rightaof-way will be constructed
as an urban cross section.
WHEREAS 50 per cent of the costs of storm sewer and curb
and gutter as well as 100 per cent of the cost of sidewalk and driveways must be paid by the City of Nuskego as shown
on the attached document,
WHEREAS it is estimated the above costs will be approximately
$21,000.00.
WHEREAS the Waukesha County Highway Committee needs formal
approval by the Council for the proposed urban section of
the project,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego does hereby agree to the terms set forth
on the attached dooument - that is, to pay 50 per cent
of the costs of storm sewers and curbs and gutters and
100 per cent of all sidewalk and drivewa costs required
in the urban section of Project #S0355(2y from S.T.H. 24
South to the Wisconsin Electric Company's right-of-way ~
an amount estimated to be about $21,000.00.
BE IT FURTAER RESOLVED that the method by uhich the cost
of the project shall be assessed will be determined by
subsequent action.
