AND NELSON AND ASSOCIATES TO STUDY THE FEASIBILITY TO AUTHORIZE !WE FIRMS OF RUMERT AND MIELKE
OF CREATING A CITY INDUSTRIAL PARK
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego has
determined that a study shall be made to determine the
feasibility of developing a city owned industrial park,
WAEREAS, such a study would include potential site
investigation, costs of developing the site with roads
and sewers, recommendation as to the most desirable sites
have on the City should it be developed, as well as the
to develop, the economic impact an industrial site would
effect on the existing tax base should development take
an excessive length of time.
WHEREAS, the study would be made jointly by the Engineering
Firm of Ruekert and Mielke and the Planning Firm of Nelson
and Associates, who have indicated the cost of such a study
would not be in excess of $2500.00.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
Finn of Ruekert and Mielke and the Planning Firm of Nelson City of Muskego does hereby authorize the Engineering
and Associates to conduct a study to help the Common Council
determine whether or not it would be in the best interest
of the City of Muskego to develop a City owned industrial
park.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the cost of such a study shall
